Kexgill Student Accommodation was founded by an ex-student in 1978 dedicated to the provision of good quality, safe and affordable University Student Accommodation. Because we own all our properties and employ a full time management and repair team, our standards, quality of accommodation and response times are second to none.
We are also unique in so far as we provide student houses as well as purpose built self catering apartments in Halls, giving even more choice. Our hard work has been reflected in the fact that 2 out of every 3 students that could re-sign with Kexgill do so, year in year out.
We are located in 9 towns and cities catering for almost 2,700 students. Each location has a full complement of management and repair staff, enabling us to provide a highly responsive personal service plus the financial backing of a much larger group.
